Evgeniya’s practice is focused on patent prosecution and litigation in the areas of chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, chemical engineering and medical technologies. Over the course of her career, Evgeniya has assisted numerous clients in Russia and CIS countries across a range of industry sectors, including health care, biotechnology and energy.
On the prosecution front, she has significant experience guiding Russian, Eurasian and PCT applications through the full prosecution lifecycle, from freedom-to-operate, infringement and validity opinions to drafting and filing, through to opposition proceedings before the Russian and Eurasian Patent Offices.
She complements her prosecution abilities with a formidable litigation background, which includes appeal proceedings before Russia’s IP Court.
Evgeniya Gizatullina a registered Russian and Eurasian Patent Attorney.
